WHO WE ARE
AMBER AIRLINES further referred to as AMBER, is independent and free to use the association of individuals that provides services of the virtual airline to the virtual pilots. We are a community of pilots who love to fly. While we fully understand the place for “ultra-realistic” virtual airlines that require check rides, pilot exams, strict adherence to defined schedules, and aircraft assignments, we are not that type of VA. Turn on the computer, pick a flight, fly the flight plan, land well and file a PIREP; simple, fun, enjoyable.
Amber's main goal is to provide entertainment and education to its members.

You don´t have to use strictly AMBER liveries.
LOGGING OF FLIGHT
All flights shall be initiated and ended only at the stand with engines shut down. Software ACARS is used for flight and incidents recording. You can download the application ACARS. If no serious incidents were made, pirep will be processed automatically. A list of incidents that require manual review by members of staff can be found here. Some incidents may require the pilot’s comment prior to manual validation. Flight hours are counted based on recorded flights. Before meteorological diversion due to low visibility, the pilot should try at least one approach at the destination airport. Flight must be performed with the same aircraft type which was booked.
- SIM rate increased will end up with not accepting PIREPs.

Airline HUBs or HUB airports are used to concentrate passengers' traffic and flight operation at a given airport. They serve as a transfer or stop-over to get passengers to their final destination. AMBER operates flights from several non-hub (spoke) cities to the hub airport, and passengers traveling between spoke cities need to connect through the hub.
At the moment we operate on those HUBs:
M. R. Štefánik Airport BRATISLAVA (LZIB)
Václav Havel Airport PRAGUE (LKPR)
Frankfurt am Main International Airport (EDDF)
Miami International Airport (KMIA)
Denver International Airport (KDEN)
Edmonton International Airport (CYEG)
Dubai International Airport (OMDB)
Osaka International Airpor (RJOO)
Singapore Changi Airport (WSSS)
